By downloading or using the Sitless app ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
Sitless is not a medical device. The App is designed to encourage movement and reduce sedentary time. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App aligns with your physical capabilities and environment (e.g., enable Driving Mode when driving).
The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Sitless.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.
